teacher
My name is Veerle, founder of Yoga Club Valencia and teacher (Certified Yoga Alliance since 2018) in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga & Yoga Nidra, studying for trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator. I am from the Netherlands, found my home in Valencia, Spain.
In addition to Yoga Club, I lead private yoga sessions for a program specialised in Burn Out Recovery for the VIP-segment, top sporters, artists and professionals. Here I see what impact stress and anxiety has on the body and how to tackle this with yoga, breathwork and meditation.

Yoga is a gentle way to connect with yourself, stretch deeply and live in the present moment. Moving with full awareness teaches us about our body. Taking time to breathe and mindfully engage and relax ourselves does wonders for our mind.

Park Turia
Yoga near Palau de la Musica.
A riverbed that has been transformed into a 10 km long park. A special place near the heart of Valencia under the trees and between white pillars in the grass. From October - April all classes will be given at the park.
beach
Yoga on the beach.
Patacona beach in Valencia is a calm beach with plenty of space to practice close to the sea. With the sound of the waves as the background melody. In the summer season, group classes will be given at this location.

Yoga on the waterfront.
Float on a deck near the water during sunset and enjoy the wonderful sea breeze in the port of Valencia. In the summer season group classes will be given at this location.
